Overall decent stay on the outskirts of Santa Fe downtown area. Not really accessible to many restaurants/shops without driving, but close enough for what we needed. Communication with property management/reps were poor. Would receive a lot of automated messages, but when I would message about something, I never really got a response. We were missing a hair dryer so I called and left a voicemail about it. No one called back but we found out, on the last day of our stay, that someone came in while we were out and replaced the hair dryer. Glad to see it was resolved, but was not happy that there was an unexpected visitor, especially when our dog was in the house alone, without having at least had a call beforehand to let us know of the visit. For the price, and prior reviews of the property, I think we expected more.
