In Spanish, “Vista Soleade Casita” means, “little house with a sunny view.” And never was a house better named than this supremely comfortable casita near one of America’s most distinctive cities.
The views of the distant mountains are incredible, and you can bet most of them will be sunny, seeing as how Santa Fe averages 320 sunny days each year. Plus, you’re just three blocks from Santa Fe Plaza and historic downtown Santa Fe with its amazing architecture, the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase winding up to the choir loft. From this convenient location you can also visit nearby pueblos and immerse yourself in the rich Native American history and culture. A light, bright, open living area features tiled floors, wood ceilings (complete with viga beams), comfortable furnishings, a corner kiva fireplace and a large flat-screen cable TV with Blu-Ray player. Gather at the dining table in the eat-in kitchen to enjoy a family meal, board game, or view of the distant mountains. Handsomely tiled, this spacious space’s expansive wood cabinets are well stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes (or heat leftovers from one of the many culinary delights the area has to offer).
