Great location, great communication and check in. Parking on the street and having the back Unit C was a lot with all of our stuff, but we had a wonderful time. Don’t forget your pillow;)

Thank you for the review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the great location and communication. We understand the parking and carrying your belongings to the back unit may have been a bit of a challenge, but we're happy you were still able to have an enjoyable stay. Thank you for the recommendation about the pillow - we'll be sure to pass that along.

Great location, quiet, well-thought out amenities (really appreciate the bath products!), good recommendation pamphlets and magazines, and clean. Unfortunately, the first night I got there a city-wide power black out ensued (not their fault). Thankfully, I had my own flashlight. Once the lights were back on I could see a bit of an ant issue in the kitchen window and the bathtub so hopefully they deal with that. Other than the ants and the slow-ish wifi (if I wasn’t working -who cares) this place was great and I’d rent it again. One more thing: there are sumac trees in the courtyard- I don’t think the poisonous kind, but they should check that out just in case.

Kat,
Thank you for the thoughtful review Casita Zorrillo. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, amenities, and cleanliness of our property. The power outage was an unfortunate circumstance beyond our control, but we're pleased you were prepared. We will look into the ant issue and WiFi speed, and ensure the trees in the courtyard are not of the poisonous variety. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
Thank you,

Quiet area. Clean home, plenty of towels. If coffee, creamer and sugar were provided that would have been great. The mini split didn’t come on but we didn’t contact the owners about it because the weather was decent enough where we didn’t need it. Overall enjoyed our stay while in Santa Fe.
