Great location, quiet, well-thought out amenities (really appreciate the bath products!), good recommendation pamphlets and magazines, and clean. Unfortunately, the first night I got there a city-wide power black out ensued (not their fault). Thankfully, I had my own flashlight. Once the lights were back on I could see a bit of an ant issue in the kitchen window and the bathtub so hopefully they deal with that. Other than the ants and the slow-ish wifi (if I wasn’t working -who cares) this place was great and I’d rent it again. One more thing: there are sumac trees in the courtyard- I don’t think the poisonous kind, but they should check that out just in case.

Quiet area. Clean home, plenty of towels. If coffee, creamer and sugar were provided that would have been great. The mini split didn’t come on but we didn’t contact the owners about it because the weather was decent enough where we didn’t need it. Overall enjoyed our stay while in Santa Fe.

Beautiful place, nice neighborhood. Shower drain was clogged. Auto response to maintenance request, but nobody showed up before check out. Unfair to require guests to sign over-the-top rental agreement AFTER Non-refundable reservation is paid. The agreement protects only the management company, not the guests. That really ticked me off. I will not stay there again because the management company is more concerned about forcing guests to sign a contract after they already have your non-refundable money than with providing an excellent stay and experience for guests. The forced contract was also erroneous because it said “blank” number of vehicles were allowed to park. The mgmt company left the number blank by mistake, and it was not possible to enter a number. I was forced to sign the defective contract because I could not back out of the deal because it was non refundable. The notice of the contract requirement is not easily visible on the listing. It is buried.

Nicely decorated older condo. Perfect for a couple. Roomy living and dining area. Small but adequate kitchen and bath. Convenient location to plaza and farmers market. About 15 minute walk to the plaza. Enjoyed the private patio area.
