This house was in a great location for our daughter and our pup. There's a wonderful river walk nearby with basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. The house was comfortable, spacious, and updated. The property management company communicated well, but pre-travel communication, check-in, and check-out where not what I was expecting. Note that there's an 18-page contract you have to review and sign beforehand, and you must also pickup and drop-off the house key from the property manager. If you have a car, this isn't a big deal as it's about 10-15 minutes from the house. But we took the train up from ABQ and it's a 30-min walk round trip from the train station, in addition to a 30-minute walk to the house. I wasn't expecting this and found it to be a little annoying and not what I expect from Airbnb rentals. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood.

Stayed here with a colleague for a work project. Although it is an older home (1950s?), felt very comfortable, kinda like coming home. Enjoyed the patio in the evenings. Great view of nearby mountains. Living room made for some great conversations and collaboration with my colleagues. Visited a nearby eatery featured on Dives, Diners and Drive-ins and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Hope to come back with my family

Cynthia was so helpful. She answered any questions and aided our check-in. The house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The location was great - so close to everything. The house was clean, recently remodeled and decorated nicely. I would stay here again.
