A cozy queen-size bed and flat screen TV are featured in the second bedroom, while two more can sleep on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This property was great! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious back porch, and were happy that it was a fully fenced in private back yard which was great for our German Shepherd boy. All hard wood floors with throw carpets for walking areas. With two bedrooms, two full baths, and one fold out bed in the front room allowed us to sleep 6 people. There is a large entertainment den area in the back with a large L couch. The TV allows you to sign in into your favorite streaming apps. The master bedroom and the den area have their on AC units, and then there was a central unit. There is parking for one large SUV or two small cars in the drive way. Our other vehicles could park right on the road in front. There are running trails just south of the property into a park so if you wanted a morning a jog or walk that was a short distance to reach. We were in town for Santa Fe Indian Market and it was only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. Washer and dryer as well. Thank you Kokopelli for the stay!

4.5 Stars, nice house overall, fenced front and back for pets. Quiet neighbors but some messy and run down looking homes. Good floorplan for 3-4 adults. Dining and living rooms are great. Smart TVs and good wifi/internet. Fully furnished kitchen and laundry. Neighborhood is walkable to a park with paths to downtown and grocery. 2mi/5min drive to central plaza with shopping and tourist activities. Easy check in/out process at renters office even after hours. They are quick to respond to messages too! Only negatives I can think of are some kitchen items/coffee maker needed a cleaning to be used, and the back yard weeds were pretty overgrown. Didn't affect the overall enjoyment of the property. One odd thing was the house does not have any Address numbers on the front, only at the curb? Doordash driver was confused ;-) We would love to stay again and continue to enjoy what Santa Fe has to offer!

This is a nicely renovated older home. The area is quiet and there's a lovely park just down the street. My only complaint is the AC situation. There is central air but there was a large stand alone unit in the master bedroom that was very loud. I turned it off while I was there, but my daughter stayed in the back bedroom and it was too hot for her. We had to buy a fan. Suggest another mini-split in that room or something.
