Enter Arroyo’s Edge onto split level stairs and continue up to the main living area. You’ll first notice the gorgeous architectural wall, the beehive corner fireplace, and the view. A deeper look will have you contemplating local art or delving into one of the many books on the shelves. There is room for everyone to find a seat and relax in the living room. If you want to catch up with friends or tell family stories, this room is the perfect gathering space. For those times when you want a quiet, undisturbed spot, walk downstairs and settle into a chair in the cozy sitting room.

The kitchen has extensive countertop space, an island, and cabinets galore with all kinds of cookware and kitchen tools so no matter what you’re preparing, the process will go smoothly! The kitchen window above the sink overlooks the patio and the wide-open view beyond. Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room featuring beautiful and unique art pieces. The dining table seats four with extra space to pull up another chair or two if necessary.

With a variety of seating options and an available gas grill just outside, you may decide to skip the dining room and enjoy a meal under the portico instead! Wander around the corner of Arroyo’s Edge to find an additional brick patio with an intimate, two-seater table – the perfect spot to do some stargazing.

Make yourself at home in the cozy primary suite. The amenities of this room include a comfortable queen bed, large dresser, desk, nightstands and three windows looking out over the incredible views Santa Fe has to offer. The full primary bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower and plenty of room for toiletries. Staying at Arroyo’s Edge will have you relaxed in no time!

Your guests will feel welcomed and sleep well in the second bedroom, also with a queen bed. The third bedroom can be tailored to your needs as a bedroom for kids or adults, or as a media and game room. It has a daybed with trundle for sleeping as well as an HDTV with DVD player and lots of board games. All bed linens are provided for you, and the beds are made when you arrive.

Arroyo’s Edge has two full bathrooms, including the private primary bath. Both bathrooms are stocked with enough plush towels for everyone. Family and friends can enjoy a refreshing shower in the tiled walk-in shower in the full guest bathroom.

The laundry room with an outdoor entrance is handy for coming inside after a hike. Having a washer and dryer in the home helps you keep fresh, clean clothes ready throughout your stay. Additionally, be sure to take advantage of the free WiFi as well as the spacious parking area.
