Just minutes from downtown Santa Fe, Casa Viva sleeps five people comfortably and is built in the Pueblo Revival adobe style. A light, bright, open-concept living area features tiled floors, wood ceilings (complete with viga beams), comfortable furnishings, a corner kiva fireplace and large flat-screen cable TV and entertainment system. Plenty of windows and skylights let in natural light and offer inspiring views of the surrounding terrain. Gather at the large, farmhouse-style dining table to enjoy a family meal or game night. Close by the spacious kitchen features a kitchen island and eye-catching Talavera tiles, while the expansive wood cabinets are well stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you’ll need to prepare your favorite Mexican dishes (or heat up leftovers from one of the many culinary delights the area has to offer).

Casa Viva's main bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, outdoor access and en suite full bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and ceiling fan. Just be aware that the reduced price is probably partially due to the fact that you have to drive 6 minutes to a management office to pick up physical keys. Cancellations

Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
