Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, this bright and cozy vacation home is close to historic downtown Santa Fe, where you can experience firsthand the amazing architecture of Santa Fe Plaza and the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase winding up to the choir loft. From this convenient location you can visit nearby pueblos and immerse yourself in the rich Native American history and culture. And with an average of 320 sunny days each year, the area around Santa Fe is a hub for skiers, mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, river rafters, and so much more!

Just minutes from downtown Santa Fe, Casa Mapache sleeps eight people and is built in the traditional Pueblo Revival adobe style. A cozy living area features tiled floors, viga beamed ceiling, comfortable leather furnishings, a tiled panoramic fireplace and large flat-screen cable TV. The property is perfectly located, charming, warm and cozy for the winter with several fire places (the front patio looks fantastic for the warmer months), safe and clean.

We loved our stay. The house was perfect for us. It is a little drafty and cold in parts of the house. But, it was part of the older Santa Fe charm.
