Layout and location was great. Outside landscaping and backyard shows dire need of attention. Inside was very functional and met all our needs but shows signs of needing some handyman TLC for some of the windows. And front door. Overall a very good value for the amount of living area and rooms and features the home offered. Also surprised quiet considering it’s proximity to major nearby road. Really nice neighborhood close to river trail and shopping.

I found the Santa Fe feel I was going for in this charming home. Upgrades and personal touches made this vintage home welcoming. New appliances, comfortable beds, full washer/dryer, loved the master shower! Close to town. A few downsides were the absence of windows coverings in all but the bedrooms; unsecured doggie door — critters could get in; overwhelming amount of decorative crosses! Need to nix them. Otherwise very well done.
