The layout of Artist Road #30 is as versatile as its location, bringing you the option of togetherness or privacy, as you choose. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area, so the cook doesn't have to leave the fun when everyone is ready for a snack. And if your party includes multiple chefs, all the better -- this kitchen is well appointed and ready for action! Let the appliances do the heavy lifting: you'll find a spotless range, large fridge, and dishwasher at your service, as well as a double sink and all the pots, pans, flatware, and cooking utensils you could wish. No running out to the store for a paring knife or a whisk here -- Artist Road #30 is equipped to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving dinner, even if all you're doing is rustling up nachos or heating up some hot chocolate for the kids.
The dining table seats six comfortably, and the ample counter space nearby allows you to quickly clear the surface after meals so the family can indulge in a few games of Uno, pass around the photo albums for reminiscing, or plan the next day's expeditions. Don't be surprised if your gang never makes it back to the living room -- the warm glow of the lights above the table and the welcome presence of everyone gathered together may just convince you to stage an impromptu game night!
When it's time for bed, everyone is guaranteed a great night's sleep at Artist Road #30. It's quiet here, and as shadows fall over the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountain range, a sense of peace descends as well. There are beds for four in this condo: a master suite with a king; the second bedroom with a split king that can become two twins if you so desire.
The master bedroom includes a smaller flat-screen TV, a large window, and a glass door accessing the covered patio suite. Its en-suite bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower and lighted vanity. The second bedroom is just steps from a full bath in the hallway, which offers a tub (ideal for little ones to splash around in after a long day on the slopes!). This bedroom has a desk and plenty of floor space for projects and sports paraphernalia, plus a big window with enviable wooded views. Whether you're traveling with children or another couple, the second bedroom is hardly second best!
Best of all is the covered patio outside the back door of this condo. Looking out onto the shrubby hillside beyond the paved pathway, with the mountains as a backdrop, this cozy spot is where you'll find yourself first thing in the morning as well as at sunset each day. It's your own private piece of New Mexico wilderness, beautifully calm and yet always changing just enough to make you notice a shift in the light or new growth on the native plants.
At Artist Road #30, you can be as close to the action in Santa Fe or as far from the bustle of city life as you like. Hiking trails begin just a few minutes walk from the condo, and Ski Santa Fe is a mere 15 miles away. This area has a Walk Score of 65, so you don't need to be an athlete to explore the surroundings on foot. When it's time for a little sightseeing, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum is less than a mile away, not to mention the historic downtown Plaza -- with its bevy of fine restaurants, galleries, and shops -- waiting for just a hop, skip, and jump from your door.

The unit in a large complex of properties was comfortable and clean and very centrally located with easy access to Old Town restaurants and sites. A major road is beyond the porch and foliage area so some noise. Host was very responsive and sent multiple email reminders. Kitchen is well stocked with enough place settings for a group of 8.

This is a lovely condo we didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub and it was a little cool when we were there but the home is lovely and well stocked for whatever you need blankets, dishes etc.
